KUWAIT, Feb 10 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah gave a speech on Monday at the Salem Al-Ali Informatics Award ceremony, congratulating the winners of the prize.
His Highness the Amir evoked the memory of award founder, the late Sheikh Salem Al-Ali, and prayed for him, his children and grandchildren who have taken to run the establishment after him.
