KUALA LAMPOR, Dec 11 (KUNA) -- A delegation from Kuwait's Zakat House, led by Acting Manager for Foreign Activities Abdulrahman El-Terkeit, concluded a five-day visit to Malaysia on Wednesday aimed at strengthening joint cooperation in the humanitarian field.
In a statement to KUNA, El-Terkeit expressed gratitude for the charitable efforts observed in Malaysia, affirming the Zakat House's commitment to supporting such initiatives in line with the State of Kuwait's humanitarian mission.
According to the statement, the Kuwaiti delegation met with the Islamic preacher of the Federal Territories Luqman bin Abdullah who provided an overview of the charitable activities carried out by Malaysian organizations.
Furthermore, the delegation met with Kuwaiti Ambassador to Malaysia, Rashed Al-Saleh, and presented an overview of the Zakat House's activities and programs conducted in Malaysia. (end) aab.ahs
