NEW DELHI, June 28 (KUNA) -- One person was killed and six others injured following the collapse of a roof in Delhi International Airport on Friday morning.
The Press Trust of India said quoting officials that the collapse followed heavy rain over part of canopy in Terminal-1, killing one passenger and injuring six others. Several cars parked in the vicinity were also damaged.
The authorities suspended flight departure from the terminal. An investigation is taking place while government and opposition leaders exchanged blames for the mishap. (end) atk.hb
