TEHRAN, May 26 (KUNA) -- Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and his Iraqi counterpart Fuad Hussain on Friday underlined the necessity of strengthening Iran's gas pipelines to Iraq.
This came in a telephone conversation between both ministers, where they also discussed regional cooperation between their countries, Iran's official news agency reported.
During the call, the two foreign ministers stressed the implementation of the signed security agreement between them, and ways to enhance banking cooperation between Tehran and Baghdad. (end) mw.nhq
