LONDON, April 28 (KUNA) -- UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly and Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlic Radman on Friday signed a joint declaration on bilateral cooperation.
"The UK and Croatia are important allies. From our ongoing support to Ukraine, to protecting peace and stability in the Western Balkans, we work closely to secure our shared security and prosperity," Cleverly said in a statement.
"Today weآ’ve signed a joint declaration which cements our commitment to intensify that cooperation on defence, trade and cultural ties," he added.
The UK foreign secretary noted that the declaration would also step up cooperation in the fight against climate change and tackle illegal migration. (end) nbs.mt
