CAIRO -- Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad and Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry to hold meeting in the Egyptian capital focusing on regional and international developments. This is Mekdad's first visit to Cairo since the suspension of the Syrian seat at the Arab League due to the 2011 crisis in Syria. (end)
