1968 -- The Amir Sheikh Sabah Salem Al-Sabah signed a decree on the evaluation of privately owned houses.
1973 -- Iraqi forces attacked Kuwait Al-Samtah center inside Kuwaiti borders, two kilometers from borders with Iraq, two Kuwaiti soldiers killed, one injured.

2022 -- Former MP and politician Abdullah Al-Naibari passed away at age 85. He was Member of Parliament in 1971, 1975, 1992, 1996, and 1999. Al-Naibari was founder of various public associations and had a role in nationalizing the oil sector in 1975. In 1997, Al-Naibari and his spouse were subjected to an assassination attempt in which both survived.
2022 -- Kuwait Zakat (Alms) House inaugurated a health clinic in Shabwah Governorate in eastern Yemen as part of Kuwait's by your side aid campaign. The clinic would serve the needs of around 24,000 people.
