RAMALLAH, Oct 1 (KUNA) -- The Israeli occupation forces shot and killed a Palestinian teenager in Al-Eizariya town, to the east of Jerusalem, on Saturday.
Fayez Khaled Damdum, 18, succumbed to a bullet injury in the neck on the spot, Palestine News and Information Agency (WAFA) reported, citing a brief statement by the Ministry of Health.
Israeli soldiers opened fire at him while he was driving a motorbike in the town, witnesses said, noting that anther Palestinian young man was injured and arrested.
Violent clashes erupted between the Palestinian youths and the Israeli occupation forces in the town following the incidents.
Earlier this week, Israeli occupation forces killed four Palestinians and injured more than 40 others in a raid on the city of Jenin, north of the West Bank. (end) nq.gb
