RAMALLAH, May 21 (KUNA) - A Palestinian youth was killed and another wounded by Israeli occupation forces' bullets in the city of Jenin, said the Palestine health ministry Saturday.
In a statement, the ministry affirmed that Amjad Al-Fayed (17 years of age), was shot dead by the occupation forces, while another 18-year-old was critically wounded in Jenin.
The Israeli occupation forces stormed the city and its camp, where they deployed snipers on the roofs of the buildings, and violent confrontations took place between the youths and the occupation army.
According to the ministry, the number of Palestinian martyrs surged to 56 since the beginning of this year. (end) nq.aa
