1962 -- The Amir Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah signed general election law, allowing Kuwaiti male citizens to vote if 21 years of age. The law divided Kuwait into 10 electoral constituencies, each represented by five MPs.
1964 -- Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem signed a law supervising remittance.
