RAMALLAH, July 26 (KUNA) -- The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced Monday the death of a young Palestinian man from being shot by Israeli occupation forces last May during clashes in the town of Sinjil near Ramallah, protesting against the Israeli practices in the city of Jerusalem and the war on the Gaza Strip.
Yousef Mohareb, in his twenties, died in the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, the ministry said in a press statement.
Mohareb, from Abwein village northern Ramallah, was wounded on May 14 in the fifth and seventh vertebrae, consequently admitted to the hospital in critical condition going through treatment until his death was announced this morning, it explained. (end) ng.lr
