TANGIER, MOROCCO, Nov 24 (KUNA) -- Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Nasser Bourita said Tuesday that Inter-Libyan consultations are the most effective way to achieve the aspirations of the Libyan people for stability and development.
Bourita stated, during his presidency of one of the consultation sessions held by the Libyan parliament of all sects in the Moroccan city of Tangiers, that foreign interference complicated the Libyan crisis.
