RIYADH, Aug 5 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia will be sending urgent humanitarian aid to the Lebanese people to help them recover from a massive explosion in Beirut port that killed and wounded thousands of people on Tuesday, the Foreign Ministry said Wednesday.
King Salman bin Abdulaziz ordered the dispatch of the relief supplies in a sign of solidarity with the Lebanese people, the ministry added in a statement.
It said the aid would be channeled through King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief). (end) mdm.bs
