RIYADH, April 3 (KUNA) -- Saudi authorities, Friday, extended the hours of curfew in Dammam and Taif cities as well as Al-Qatif governorate, beginning from 3:00 pm and ending at 6:00 am local-time.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the new curfew hours, imposed by the Interior Ministry, came to boost efforts to counter the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Saudi Interior Ministry said, yesterday, it was imposing a 24-hour curfew in Makkah and Madina as of from Thursday until a further notice. (end) mdm.gta
