ALGIERS, March 7 (KUNA) -- Algerian health authorities on Friday have reported two new coronavirus (COVID 19) cases, taking the toll up to 19.
In a statement, the health ministry said that one of the cases is related to the same infected family from Bleda Province, while the other one is related to a man who recently came from a European country.
According to the statement, the Epidemiological investigation team is still looking into the two infected cases contacts, stressing on the importance of applying the necessary measures.
The virus, known as COVID-19, began in the Chinese city of Wuhan and since has spread across the world. (end) mr.aa
