KUALA LAMPUR, Jan 28 (KUNA) -- Malaysian authorities announced Wednesday the increase of Coronavirus cases to seven.
Malysian Health director-general Dr. Noor Hisham said in a statement that the cumulative number of people who had been under observation stood at 78 including 39 citizens, 36 Chinese, a Jordanian, a Brazilian and one Thai, pointing out that the most cases are in Johor state.
On the same context, Malaysian security authorities have arrested a man for posting false news on Coronavirus on social media, stating "The spread of false news about Coronavirus must be controlled so as not to threaten national stability and public peace." (end) aab.gaa
