ANKARA, March 23 (KUNA) -- The Eighth Uludag Economy Summit wrapped up 20 sessions of discussions on Saturday at the ski resort of Bursa, northwest Turkey.
The two-day event, organized by Capital and Ekonomist magazines, hosted more than 100 speakers and nearly 1,500 businesspeople from Turkey and around the world, according to Anadolu Agency (AA).
A variety of subjects were discussed during the summit, including energy, digitization, investment, retail, agriculture, and banking. Among the distinguished attendees were Turkish Agriculture and Forest Minister Bekir Pakdemirli, the president of the Indian Chamber of International Business, the CEO of the Qatar Finance Centre and head of the International Energy Agency, as well as many business leaders.
