CAIRO, Feb 23 (KUNA) -- An Egyptian court sentenced on Saturday 10 people to life in prison after re-opening a case from 2011.
The cases known as "the events of the council of Ministers" and "the burning of the scientific complex" were re-opened and the court have sentenced two teenagers with 10 in prison, and 21 were found innocent.
The sentences were based on legal charges of resisting authorities, vandalism, torching of governmental facilities and buildings and destruction of public and private belongings. (end) rg.bb
