RAMALLAH, Jan 21 (KUNA) -- More than 100 Palestinian prisoners have been injured as a result of the Israeli forces' repeated attacks on inmates in Ofer Prison in Ramallah, the Palestinian Prisoner Club said Monday.
Israeli forces used rubber bullets, tear and stun grenades, batons and dogs in their attacks against the Palestinian prisoners, it added in a statement.
It said many of the prisoners were taken to hospitals for treatment.
The club urged human rights organizations and the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) to intervene to stop the Israeli aggression in Ofer Prison, which housed around 1,200 prisoners. (end) nq.bs
