GAZA, March 23 (KUNA) -- Nine Palestinians were wounded in separate clashes with Israeli soldiers along the eastern and northern border regions of Gaza, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on Friday.
Those injured, as a result of Israeli gunfire, have been taken to local hospitals in Gaza, ministry spokesman Ashraf Al-Qudra said in a statement.
Palestinians have been expressing their rejection of US President Donald Trump's recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, late last year, amid weekly demonstrations across the Strip and other Palestinian territories. (end) wab.sd
