TEHRAN, Jan 12 (KUNA) -- Iran said on Friday that number of people injured in Thursday's quake in Sumar on borderlines of Kermanshah and Ilam provinces climbed to 13.
The official news agency, IRNA, said properties and houses were destroyed or damaged in the 5.6-degree earthquake. Tremors early on Friday demolished more houses and damaged farms.
A strong earthquake measuring 7.3 degrees rocked west of Kermanshah in mid-November, killing more than 600 people and injuring 12,000 others. (end) fz.rk
