KUWAIT, Dec 8 (KUNA) -- The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went down 87 cents and settled at USD 58.89 per barrel, compared to USD 59.76 per barrel since last Wednesday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) on Friday.
In world markets, oil prices were up yesterday due to threats of strikes by oil workers in Nigeria and many investors' purchases to heavy losses in the last session.
Oil crude price Brent mixed was up 98 cents to stand at USD 62.20 with the US crude Western Texas oil also up 73 cents and settled at USD 56.69 per barrel. (end) asj.mb
