PARIS, March 8 (KUNA) -- Some 100 pieces by Arab artists will be on display in the heart of the French capital during an event hosted by the Arab World Institute.
The exhibition, featuring modern and contemporary Arab art, will put into display pieces by a number of artists including Kuwaitis Thuriya Al-Baqsami, Ja'far Islah, and Ibrahim Ismail.
The event, which continues until July second, is organized by the UAE's Barjeel Art Foundation.
The foundation, headquartered in Sharja, is home for over 1,000 art pieces, one of the largest collections in the Middle East. (end) mjz.gta
