JEDDAH, Feb 15 (KUNA) -- The command of the Saudi-led coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen announced Wednesday that the Royal Saudi Air Defence (RSADF) intercepted a ballistic missile fired by rebel groups in Yemen.
The missile, targeting the southern city of Khamis Mushait, was shot down within the Yemeni territories and caused neither material nor human damage, the command said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.
The coalition forces responded to the missile attack by hitting the hostile sites in Yemen, it added. (end) nh.gb
