KUWAIT, Jan 12 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Civil Service Commission (CSC) has employed some 3,148 citizens to work in the government sector, CSC announced Thursday.
In a statement to the press, the CSC's Assistant Undersecretary for Legal Affairs Nahla Bin Naji said that the applicants had previously registered with the CSC in search of government jobs.
Moreover, she added that the CSC will continue to meet the employment needs of all applicants.
On the new group of employees, Bin Naji noted that they will be assigned to government institutions and ministries and are due to begin their service starting Tuesday, January 17.
Meanwhile, Director of the Civil Service and Public Relations Department Jasim Al-Ruwais noted that the CSC is available to answer any queries regarding the employment process. (end)
