JEDDAH, Nov 23 (KUNA) -- One person was injured when projectiles fired from inside Yemeni territories hit a residential area in the Saudi southern city of Najran on Wednesday, an official spokesman said.

Captain Abdulkhaleq Al-Qahtani, of the Civil Defense Directorate, said civil defense teams rushed to targeted after receiving calls about projectiles fired from Yemeni by the Houthis.

The attack left man injured, he said in a statement, noting that the victim was rushed to a nearby hospital treatment.

The Houthis have been attacking southern areas in Saudi Arabia causing human casualties and material damage. (end) nh.ibi
