KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 4 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Ambassador Musaed Saleh Al-Thuwaikh submitted on Tuesday his credentials to Philippines' Foreign Secretary Perfecto Yasay.
Yasay hailed the strong relations tying his country with Kuwait, wishing the new Kuwaiti diplomat success in his mission, Ambassador Al-Thuwaikh told KUNA.
