RIYADH, Feb 26 (KUNA) -- Saudi Arabia on Friday designated some individuals and entities linked to the activities of Hezbollah as "terrorists" and imposed sanctions on them.
The Saudi Ministry of Interior said in a statement today the Kingdom would continue combating the "terrorist activities" of the so-called Hezbollah with all available tools.
Saudi Arabia also will work with its partners across the world to make it clear that Hezbollah's militants and extremist activities should not be tolerated by any nation or international organization, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
As long as Hezbollah spreads chaos, and conducts "terrorist" attacks and illicit activities across the world, the Kingdom will continue designating Hezbollah's operatives, leaders and entities as "terrorists", and imposing sanctions on them, as a result of this designation, the statement noted.
The ministry warned citizens and residents of any kind of dealing with Hezbollah and the individuals and entities designated, the statement said, adding that the Saudi competent authorities would apply the related Terrorism Crimes and Financing Laws and Regulations against anyone found involved in such dealings with those individuals and entities.
Individuals and entities who were designated as "terrorists", namely Fadi Hussein Sarhan (Lebanese National), Adel Mohammed Sheri (Lebanese National) and Ali Hussein Ze'ater (Lebanese National), and VATECH SARL, LE-HUA ELECTORONIC FIELD CO.LIMITED, AERO SKYONE CO.LIMITED and LABICO SAL OFFSHORE.
