KUWAIT, Feb 19 (KUNA) -- Development can be achieved by empowering the Kuwaiti youth who make up the largest category and are the key factor of making progress, Hawally Governor Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah stressed.
This came during a speech by Sheikh Ahmad while inaugurating an exhibition on youth's projects held by the governorate as part of celebrations of national days and the passing of 10 years since His Highness the Amir ascended to power, the governorate said in a press statement on Friday.
