TEHRAN, June 27 (KUNA) -- Three Iranian nationals died and five others were injured in yesterday's terrorist blast at Imam Al-Sadiq Mosque in Kuwait, said Marzieh Afkham, spokeswoman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry on Saturday.
The Iranian embassy in Kuwait is working with Kuwaiti authorities for the transfer of the bodies of the dead Iranian victims to Iran, said Afkham in a press statement, adding that the embassy was also following the conditions of the injured ones to see they get proper treatment at Kuwaiti hospitals.
These Iranian casualties were part of a total of 27 dead and 227 injured people as a result of the blast at the mosque yesterday. (end) fz.ajs
