KUWAIT, March 3 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) provided a KD four million loan to Belize to help in a road restoration project, said a statement by the fund Tuesday.
The statement indicated that the money will be used to restore an 87-kilometer road which will help in facilitating land transportation in Belize.
With the signing of the loan agreement, KFAED had provided five loans to Belize worth USD 8.8 million. The fund also provided two grants worth KD 302 million to the nation-state located in the eastern coast of Central America. (end) smr.gta
