ISLAMABAD, May 24 (KUNA) -- At least ten suspected militants were killed and several others were reportedly wounded when a US launched a second drone strike on Thursday in Pakistan's bordering tribal belt, security sources said.
The second attack was launched on a mosque near Mir Ali village of North Waziristan tribal agency. Security sources told KUNA that the mosque was alleged to have been training militants but no such concrete evidence had been found so far. The second US unilateral strike in the agency since Wednesday killed about 10 suspected militants and wounded several others. However, tribal sources claimed that all the killed and wounded were "innocent local tribesmen." (end) amn.rk KUNA 240915 May 12NNNN
