KUWAIT, Dec 14 (KUNA) -- Kuwait is eager to cooperate with Germany within the frame-work of the state's development plan, said Minister of Commerce and Industry Ahmad Rashed Al-Haroun on Tuesday.
Speaking to the press after inking an agreement on mutual cooperation between Kuwait and Germany, Al-Haroun noted that Germany was a key state when it came to ambitious development plans, indicating that the agreement was signed to develop ties within the economic, industrial, commercial, as well as investment sectors.
The official affirmed that the amount of commercial exchange between Germany and Kuwait had exceeded USD one billion, hoping that both states would focus on boosting the numbers in the near future. (end) asa.gta KUNA 141836 Dec 10NNNN
