GAZA, Dec 12 (KUNA) -- An Israeli soldier was wounded and two Palestinians were killed last night in an armed clash that occured at the borderline between Israel and Gaza Strip, Israeli army said Sunday.
The Israeli radio quoted the army spokesman as saying that the Israeli soldier was seriously injured and was transported to Soroka Medical Center, south of Israel, to receive medical care.
"Israeli-Palestinian clashes took place after the latter tried to sneak into Israeli territories through a security fence surrounding Gaza," he noted.
Palestinian security and medical sources, in Gaza, denied the death of any Palestinians during last night's clash. (end) mt.nfm KUNA 121007 Dec 10NNNN
