WASHINGTON, Nov 2 (KUNA) -- Local authorities in Virginia announced on
Tuesday that shots were fired at a Coast Guard station in Virginia after a
series of attack on military facilities in the area.
Prince William County Police Department spokeswoman Kim Chinn said that
multiple shots were fired overnight at a Coast Guard station in Potomac Mills
Circle in Woodbridge but no one was injured.
This incident is the fifth of a kind in Virginia in recent days.
On October 17 two separate shootings took place at the National Museum of
the Marine Corps in Virginia, later in the month a shooting incident was also
reported at the Pentagon and another one at a Marine recruiting center in
Chantilly. (end)
