ISLAMABAD, Nov 1 (KUNA) -- At least five people were wounded in a
remote-controlled bomb explosion Monday in a northern Pakistani town, said a
local official.
A small passenger van hit a roadside remote-controlled bomb near a security
forces checkpost in Kohat town, about 150 kilometers from Islamabad, said Gul
Jamal, a senior political officer, while talking to media.
The explosion wounded five passengers, he said, adding, at least three of
them are said to be in critical condition. (end)
