By Abdullah Al-Furaij (with photos) KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 15 (KUNA) -- Kuwait's Consul General to Hong Kong Ambassador Bader Al-Tunaib said Friday that Kuwait's Public Works Undersecretary Abdulaziz Al-Kulaib and officials from the Directorate General for Civil Aviation (DGCA) have visited Hong Kong to promote infrastructure projects that Kuwait will execute as part of its development plan.
Al-Tunaib told KUNA by phone that the delegation visited Hong Kong International Airport to gain expertise, especially as the airport has international specifications.
The General Consulate organized a meeting between the delegation and companies from Hong Kong, he added.
He pointed out that representatives of 50 companies attended the meeting, adding that the companies executed huge projects in China and Hong Kong.
The Kuwaiti delegation briefed the companies' representatives on the main projects Kuwait's Public Works Ministry plans to execute, he noted.
