IRBIL, April 7 (KUNA) -- Three individuals were killed while four others were injured in separate acts of violence in Mosul city, Iraq, on Wednesday.
Security sources told KUNA that an explosion in Tahreer area led to the death of two civilians while four others were injured, adding that the other causality had occurred when gunmen opened fire on a police while he was leaving his residence in Karamah area.
Meanwhile, a statement by the United States Forces-Iraq (USF-I) said that joint US and Iraqi forces conducted a joint mission that resulted in the arrest of several suspected terrorists with the mission being backed up by a warrant from the Iraqi courts. (end) sbr.gta KUNA 071842 Apr 10NNNN
