RIYADH, Oct 27 (KUNA) -- King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia held summit talks with visiting Qatari Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani here Tuesday on the development of the Palestinian cause, and Israeli attacks against Al-Aqsa mosque and Palestinians.
Both leaders called on the international community to live up to its responsibilities and force Israel to cease its assaults against the Islamic holy sites and the Palestinian people, and achieve just and comprehensive peace in the region in line with relevant UN resolutions, state-run news agency (SPA) reported.
The meeting was attended by senior officials from both sides.
