TOKYO, April 9 (KUNA) -- Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari will pay a three-day visit to Japan from April 15 for talks with Prime Minister Taro Aso on bilateral relations and international affairs, the Foreign Ministry said Thursday.
On April 17, he will attend the Pakistan Donors Conference in Tokyo, where about 30 countries are expected to pledge additional resources to help Pakistan tackle "difficult challenges including economic reform and counter terrorism measures.
The one-day ministerial meeting will be co-hosted by Japan and the World Bank.
Zardari will also chair the Friends of Ministerial Meeting of the Democratic Pakistan Group on the same day, the ministry said in a statement.
