MUSCAT, Aug 11 (KUNA) -- Sultan of Oman Qaboos Bin Said will begin a two-day visit to Libya later on Monday, on his first official visit to the North Africa Arab state.
Qaboos will be holding talks with the Libyan leader Colonel Mu'ammar Al-Qadhafi the on enhancement of the bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as exchanging views on different Arab and international issues, according to Oman News Agency.
It added that this visit would be after "a long phase of contacts between the two countries." Qaboos is accompanied by an official delegation, including the Minister of Diwan of Royal Court Ali bin Hamoud al Busaidi, Minister of Palace Office Affairs Ali bin Majid Mamari, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs Yousuf bin Alawi bin Abdallah, Minister of National Economy and Supervisor of the Ministry of Finance Ahmad bin Abdul Nabi Macki, Minister of Health Dr. Ali Bin Mohammad Bin Moussa, Minister of Commerce and Industry Maqbool Bin Ali Bin Sultan, Minister of transport and communications Dr. Khamees bin Mubarak al-Alawi.
