GAZA, April 11 (KUNA) -- Israeli aircraft raided a group of Palestinian fighters in the south of Gaza Strip killing two of the guerrillas, witnesses said on Friday.
They said the night-time strike with a pair of missiles killed Mohammad Al-Najjar, 25, and Amin Al-Najjar, 22, who were stationed on the demarcation line near the village of Khazaaa, located close to the main regional town, Khan Youness.
Four Palestinians were also wounded in the air attack, the witnesses said.
Izz-Eddine Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Organization, Hamas, identified the slain pair as members of the organization, and confirmed the two gunmen were on a night-time mission to observe military activity or movement on the Israeli side of the separation line area.
The missiles directly hit the two young men, tearing apart and scorching their bodies -- that were taken to Nasser Hospital in Khan Youness. (end) zt.rk KUNA 110940 Apr 08NNNN
