Al-Maliki in Oman on official visit MUSCAT, April 25 (KUNA) -- Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Kamel Al-Maliki and his accompanying delegation arrived in Oman on Wednesday on an official visit to hold talks with senior Omani officials.
Upon arrival, Al-Maliki was received by deputy Prime Minister for cabinet affairs Fahad bin Mahmoud Al-Saeed and a number of senior civil and military Omani officials.
Al-Maliki is expected to hold talks with Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed later on, today, to discuss the situation in Iraq and the latest developments regionally and internationally.
Regional cooperation and the support of Iraq on the economic and trade levels will also be a highlight during the Iraqi delegation's talks.
