Pakistani PM to pay 4-day visit Saudi Arabia
ISLAMABAD, July 21 (KUNA) - Pakistani Prime Minister Chuhdary Shujjat
Hussain would pay a four-day visit to Saudi Arabia from Thursday, his
first visit since assumption of office last month.
During his stay he would meet the Khadim Al-Harmain Al-Sharifain,
King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz,
Deputy Prime Minister/Commander of National Guard, and other
important Saudi leaders, the foreign office said in a statement.
The Prime Minister would also perform Umra during his visit, it
added.
He would discuss bilateral, regional and international issues of
common concern with his Saudi leaders, the statement said adding the
Prime Minister would also apprise the Saudi leadership of the latest
position of Pak-India composite dialogue, besides the developments in
and around the Middle East and Afghanistan.
The Government and the people of Pakistan attach great importance to
the fraternal and friendly ties with Saudi Arabia. (end)
