Two Palestinians wounded in Rafah, another in Al-Qararah
GAZA, July 5 (KUNA) -- Israeli forces on Monday shot and wounded two
Palestinian citizens in the Rafah refugee camp in southern Gaza Strip.
Palestinian medical sources said Abdulsalam Jarbou', 15, and Samah
Al-Sha'er, 28, were shot by the Israeli forces stationed on the
Egyptian-Palestinian borders, noting that they were transported to a nearby
hospital for treatment.
The Palestinian man Omar Abu-Omrah, 28, was killed this morning in the same
area when he was shot in the mouth by the Israeli forces.
Meanwhile, two Israeli soldiers were injured when they fell in a water well
in central Gaza Strip, said Israeli Army spokesman.
The source told the Israeli radio that "the accident occurred on Monday
nearby Kissufim Road in central Gaza Strip during a search operation in the
area", noting that "a Palestinian was also wounded in the same incident".
Palestinian sources in Al-Qararah village said "the two Israeli soldiers
were wounded while they were searching a house of a Palestinian citizen living
in the northern parts of the village nearby Kissufim Road, who was also
injured and transported to a hospital". (end)
