Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior receives Bahraini Minister of Interior
KUWAIT, Jan 11 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Yusuf Saud Al-Sabah received Sunday Bahraini Minister of Interior Lieut. Gen. Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Khalifa, upon his arrival at Kuwait International Airport on an official visit reflecting the depth of the fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries.
The Ministry of Interior said in a press statement that Sheikh Fahad Al-Sabah expressed his welcome to the Bahraini Minister of Interior in his second country, Kuwait, wishing him a pleasant stay.
The statement noted that the visit comes within the framework of strengthening ties of joint cooperation and security coordination between Kuwait and Bahrain, reaffirming the strength of bilateral relations in various fields.
Several security leaders were present to receive the Bahraini Minister of Interior upon his arrival in the country. (end)
