KUWAIT, Dec 20 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Saturday a congratulatory letter from His Highness Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah on the second anniversary of his assumption of power.
