DOHA, Dec 14 (KUNA) -- Iraq and Saudi Arabia on Sunday qualified to the finals of the U-23 Gulf Cup Football Tournament.
Iraq beat Qatar in penalty kicks (6-7), and Saudi Arabia beat the UAE 0-2.
