KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 23 (KUNA) -- Vietnam Disaster and Dyke Management Authority reported that the flash floods and landslides in the central and southern areas resulted in at least 90 deaths.
Twelve people are still missing while search and rescue operations continue, the authority said in a press release on Sunday.
With 63 deaths and USD 343 million in material damage so far, the Dak Lak is the hardest hit province.
The human and material damage are expected to rise further due to incessant rains, which are forecast to continue during the coming two days. (end) aab.gb
