WASHINGTON, Nov 13 (KUNA) -- US President Donald Trump has signed the budget draft law, ending America's longest shutdown which lasted more than six weeks.
The House of Representatives passed the budget's draft law with a majority of 222 votes, including six democrats, while 209 including two Republicans voted against the bill.
The budget will provide funding for federal government until January 30.
The government shutdown began on October 1 due to differences between the Republicans and Democrats over healthcare. (end)
